To ensure a smooth delivery process, please take note of the following:

• We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or Military Mailbox addresses.
• Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any transit damage as soon as possible.
• International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are set by your country's authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
• If a parcel is refused, customs charges are not paid, or delivery cannot be completed due to customer circumstances, any additional delivery, return or courier charges incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
• Certain large, fragile or specialist products may not be available for delivery to some remote UK or international locations. If this applies, our team will contact you before dispatch.
• In rare cases, additional courier surcharges may apply for remote delivery locations.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please ensure:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories and documentation are included.
• The item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning unwanted items unless otherwise agreed.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as customers remain responsible for the safe return of goods until they are received by us.

Before Installation or Painting

Please carefully inspect and test-fit your item before carrying out any preparation work, painting, modification or installation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been:

• Painted
• Modified
• Customised
• Installed where installation causes visible wear or alteration
• Subject to preparation work of any kind

This policy helps ensure all returned products remain suitable for resale.

Product Use

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper handling or use of a product outside of its intended purpose.

Xenon Bulbs Branded Products

Some products feature Xenon Bulbs security labels, branding emblems or identification markings.

Removal, tampering or alteration of these identifiers may invalidate any applicable warranty and prevent us from verifying the product's origin.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs of both the product and packaging so we can investigate and assist.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Where a returned item is not received in its original condition, is missing packaging, shows signs of use, or requires repackaging, a reasonable deduction may be made to reflect the reduction in value.
