If the item is rejected on delivery or no one is present to sign for the product, or the custom / duty charges for international customers is not paid then the customer will cover the costs of redelivery in its entirety or be refunded minus our original postage and surcharges.

We reserve the rights not to post certain items to certain locations outside of UK Mainland, which may include Northern Ireland, Highlands, the British Isles, International Countries etc depending on the product. This is mainly due to high possibility of damage via long transit routes. Some locations may require additional surcharges and are shown on the product listing. Please ensure item is unused and its original packaging if requiring to send it back.

We will not be held responsible for the incorrect use of the product.

If your item has a Xenon Bulbs brand logo emblem you are not allowed to remove it from the product as this will void the warranty, any attempts to do so will also void the warranty in its entirety.

Customer is responsible for costs of posting any item back and must ensure its safe return.

Refunds are issued minus our postage costs and a surcharge of up to 20% may be applied for restocking charges.
